The process of the present application comprises the following steps: crushing, rvashing, urinding, crystallizing, and direct flotation. In the present invention, by optimizing thc proccss paramctcrs and the process flow, industrial million-ton scale continuous production of potassium chloride fi'om camallite is achieved with high production effrciency, and significantly improvcd quality of the potassium chloride product, such as purity, whiteness, and crystal grain size.
