This invention relates to a solar panel installation structure, whch includes at least one solar panel. Said solar panel is privided with a lap  solar cell, said lap  joint plate has a flat portion, a first  joint plate and a joint portion and a second joint portion are provided on both sides of said flat portion, said solar cell is arranged above the flat portion, and an insulating layer is provided between the solar cell and the flat portion to avoid direct contact betweenthe solar cell and the flat portion. A protective layer is provided above said solar cell, the area of said protective layer is larger than the area of said solar cell, and the periphery of the protective layer extends to the flat portion to completely cover the solar cell. The inside of said protective layer is provided with a adhesive layer, so that said solar cell can be sealed between the insulating layer and the protective layer. A plurality of light collecting grooves are provided above said protective layer to concentrate an oblique sunlight on the solar cell. ln this way, the amount of electrons and electron holes of the solar cell can be increased, and the photoelectric transformation efficiency can be improved.
