Provided are an access integration device and system, and a method and apparatus applying the access integration device. The access integration device is deployed on a Hadoop computing server, and comprises: a compatible interface layer used for compatibly realizing a file system interface of Hadoop, so as to realize access integration with a Hadoop computing service component; an operation implementation layer used for providing a first interface function for the compatible interface layer, so as to implement, under the file system interface, a file operation required by the Hadoop computing service component; and a storage access layer used for providing a second interface function for the operation implementation layer, so as to convert the file operation into an access operation for object storage in a distributed memory. By using the access integration device, decoupling separation between a Hadoop computing service and a storage service can be realized, and the object storage in the distributed memory can be directly accessed.
